Dementia Care Partnership, a Newcastle based award winning charity that provides specialist mental health services.
Role
DCP is in the process of reviewing its organisational structure, services and its management team to accommodate growth in order to deliver the next five years of the strategic plan in line with the local and national agendas including the National Dementia strategy.
Working closely with the chief executive, the post holder will carry specific responsibilities for the overall management of DCP’s Operations and assist in the transformation of services into social enterprises and development of additional innovative services across geographical areas. Assisting the chief executive towards the achievement of the Charity’s vision, philosophy, objectives, strategies and financial security, the post holder will also ensure effective human resources to develop and maintain its services and its renowned reputation for excellent service delivery.
Person
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in an operational or business support role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Domiciliary Care National Minimum Standards and Care Home Standards. Knowledge of supported housing is desirable.
