My client is seeking a Financial Controller to join the International finance team of their highly respected international charity. Reporting to The Head of International Finance you will be required to; manage all data delivery to cost centre managers, customers and Directors, manage the multi locational accounting database, lead the modernisation of the accounting process, lead effective cash management, active problem solving, manage the day to day accounting processes and ledgers and be responsible for all accounting and reporting within the organisation.


The ideal candidate will essentially need to have;

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with relevant experience working for a large organisation.
• Ability to achieve results through others where there is no direct line management.
• Experience of varied accounting environments, successfully challenging existing processes.
• Experience of process re-engineering and streamlining systems.
• Experience managing the finance operations of a significant global disbursed, international organisation.
