Job Description:

A leading international charity is looking for a highly experienced individual to lead and optimise income generation from all UK donor audiences to support the charity’s international programme. As a member of the senior management team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the organisation during a time of exciting challenges and grow opportunities.

This post reports into the Chief Executive and will directly manage a team of five Head’s of Fundraising focusing on various income streams. This pivotal role will develop and manage the implementation of fully integrated fundraising and partnership development strategies, building long-term relationships with organisations and individuals.

You will be an experienced leader and manager, with creativity, vision and aspiration, who relishes ambitious targets and wants to continuously improve performance and efficiency.

You will have a track record of achieving results, be a strong relationship builder and team worker, with the capacity to have a strategic and corporate perspective beyond your functional responsibility.
