Description |
Assist the organisation achieve its aim of working together to help people with severe mental illness recover a better quality of life by:
Contributing to the implementation of the learning and leadership and management strategies and facilitating change in the region.
Facilitating and providing a range of learning opportunities to meet staff development needs.
Taking the national lead on specific workforce development projects and working closely on them with the wider workforce development team and other functions within Rethink.
Increasing resources for staff development through grants and other sources
