Description |
Working with one of UK’s leading children’s disability charity, your main purpose would be to project manage the organisation’s recruitment campaigns and devise and deliver quality training and support for both direct dialogue and telephone fundraisers.
In this role you would take charge of generating recruitment campaigns to supporters, from concept through to delivery, database management and data list sourcing and research and develop new supporter recruitment propositions and creative ideas to maximize supporter lifetime value.
You would also track and monitor income and expenditure for all recruitment campaigns, keep abreast of the organisation’s work, feeding new developments into the recruitment campaigns and review external marketing campaigns and provide regular competitor analysis reports.
You would furthermore provide regular oral and written reports, conduct training updates with external fundraisers and carry out supporter care administration and communications as required.
The model candidate would have experience of project managing large-scale marketing campaigns through a wide range of media within a charity, agency or commercial environment, have a thorough understanding of charity fundraising and ideally educated to degree level.
You must also have the ability to train, motivate and inspire external fundraisers, possess excellent oral and creative writing skills (proven ability to write fundraising material) and a high level of computer literacy are essential to this role.
You would be tactful, have a high degree of numeracy as well as excellent administrative, organisational and research skills.
